Product Summary

The TMP87PH46NG is a one-time PROM microcontroller with low power 128K bits electrically programmable read only memory for the TMP87PH46NG system evaluation. The operations possible with the device can be performed by writing programs to PROM. The TMP87PH46NG can write and verify in the same way as the TMM27256AD using an adaptor socket and an EPROM programmer.
